“Product Type Code” uses the uppercase letter H for hydraulic fluid and FAS for concentrate; “applicable water hardness grade code” uses Arabic numerals for the water hardness grade applicable to the product; “specified concentration code” uses Arabic numerals for the product. Specifies the mass percentage of the used concentration.

Example: HFAS15-5 is expressed as a concentrate for hydraulic support. It can be used with a concentrate with a maximum hardness of 750 mg/L and a maximum sulfate ion content of 720 mg/L and a concentration of 5% (mass ratio).

Product performance:
The appearance of this product is a transparent uniform fluid with good lubrication, cooling, cleaning, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, low foam and adaptability to industrial water. It is suitable for hydraulic transmission medium for hydraulic support of coal mines, and hydraulic transmission media for all kinds of individual pillars.
 
Product characteristics:
This product fully complies with the technical requirements for concentrates for hydraulic supports in MT76-2011. The product features are as follows:

1. This product does not produce oil and soap during operation, and there is no floating substance in the liquid distribution box.

2. Difficult to clean sludge is not attached to the column. This kind of concentrate is easily soluble in cold water and has good cold water cleanability.

3. No sediment will be produced during operation, and the falling frame can fall completely.

4. Extend the service life of rubber seals. There is no system leakage during normal operation.

5. No bacteria, no fungal breeding, no abnormal odor.
 
How to use and precautions:
1.the concentrated liquid and liquid water according to the original solution: water = 5:95 (weight ratio), diluted and applied. Dosing water should satisfy: No mechanical impurities and suspended matter in the water.

2. In the liquid distribution tank, compressed air, liquid circulation, or spiral stirring can be used to make the concentrated liquid uniformly dispersed in water. Otherwise, the solution will be diluted and concentrated, affecting the rust prevention effect at the upper part of the liquid distribution box and the air.

3. when detecting refractive index, must be adjusted to zero after the application of liquid water, in the face of the liquid return tube for the detection of refractive index, when the number of refractometer is less than 2.0, it should be promptly add concentrate to avoid use Concentration can not meet the requirements and affect the performance.

4. this product can not be used as a living detergent, if accidentally splashed into the eyes should be immediately cleaned with plenty of water.

5. During the cold season, when the bracket or pillar is uphole, the diluent in the cylinder shall be drained, and the antifreeze used in the hydraulic bracket shall be added to prevent the cylinder from freezing and breaking and other hydraulic components.

Concentrate storage and daily maintenance:
1. The concentrated liquid used for hydraulic support should be stored indoors to prevent sun and rain, and the storage temperature should not be lower than -5°C. Do not mix with other oils.

2. The shelf life of the concentrate is six months (according to the date of manufacture), and it can be used only after it has passed the inspection.

3.the use of concentrated liquid must use special containers and dispensing tools, and keep containers and tools clean, so as not to mix impurities, affecting the quality of concentrate.

Signs, Packaging, Transport, Storage:
1.The label on the packaging container shall contain: product name, model number, execution standard number, production date or batch number, shelf life, inspection certificate, manufacturer name, address, contact telephone number, etc. When packaged in 200L vats, the surface of the container should have a circle with a width of 200mm. The product packaging is marked with safety signs that comply with AQ1043.

2.The packaging, transportation and storage of the product shall be conducted in accordance with SH0164. The product storage temperature shall not be lower than -5°C.

3. the product should be used within the warranty period, if the product exceeds the shelf life, should be tested again according to the factory inspection items, inspection can be used only after passing the inspection.
