Scope of application:
This product is formulated with a 5% emulsion with a water hardness of 500mg/L or less. It can be used as hydraulic fluid for downhole hydraulic supports and external injection type hydraulic props, or as a transmission medium for hydraulic mechanical systems.

How to use and precautions:
1. When the hydraulic support is used for emulsion configuration, add 5% of emulsified oil and 95% of water (mass ratio) to mix well.
 

2. When preparing the emulsion, the water quality required for use is less than 500 mg/L and the sulfate ion content is less than 480 mg/L. The appearance of the water is colorless and odorless, free of suspended solids and mechanical impurities.

3. This product can also be formulated with artificial hard water with a hardness of 500mg/L. The water used for preparing 500 mg/L artificial hard water was distilled water, and the reagent was analytically pure; the artificial hard water consisted of MgSO4.7H2O-616mg/L, CaSO4.2H2O--430mg/L, and NaCl--330mg/L.

4. The product and the emulsion after the water distribution must not be used as detergents. Be careful not to splash into the eyes during operation. If it is splashed, rinse it immediately with clean water.

5. When the hydraulic support or prop rises in the cold season, the emulsion in the cylinder should be arranged to prevent the freezing and breaking of the cylinder and its hydraulic components.

6, This product is prohibited to mix with other brands of products. Before replacing the liquid of this product, the liquid in the cylinder should be drained and rinsed.

7. The product should be used within the warranty period. If the product exceeds the shelf life, it shall be tested again according to the factory inspection items.

Product identification, packaging, storage:
This product is packed in a clean 200L iron drum or 10Kg plastic drum.

The surface of the container barrel has a circle of 200mm pink oil decoration logo. The logo includes: the company's trademark logo, product name, model number, executive standard number, manufacturer's name, address, and telephone number. The barrel lid is marked with a coal mine safety sign, production batch number, shelf life, inspection certificate number, and net weight.

The shelf life of this product is one year, and the lid is sealed with a waterproof cover. Products should be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse. For products that exceed the storage period, they must be inspected before use. The product storage temperature should not be lower than -5°C. This product should be stored separately, not mixed with other oil products, according to the product batch number, the order of discharge, so that the early use of inventory materials for early production; storage sealed, the sealed product should be sealed in time to prevent all types of debris into .
